These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Artland Origines and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Artland Origines website.

It is specified that the products and services are reserved for individuals and intended for the buyer's personal use, unrelated to his professional use.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by Artland Origines.

Artland Origines reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Artland Origines website.

These products and services are offered while stocks last.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors.


The prices appearing in the catalog are inclusive of all taxes.

Artland Origines reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Delivery is free on all products offered for sale.


The ordering procedure on the site is subject to compliance with the different steps that the customer must follow to validate his order.

The customer selects the item (s), if applicable the size and the quantity he wishes to acquire on the site by clicking on the “ Add to basket ” box.

When the customer wishes to validate his order, he must click on the " Order " box accessible in the " Basket " tab.

The customer pays by choosing the means of payment and filling in the necessary fields.

The order is then recorded and cannot be modified, without prejudice to the application of the article of these T & Cs relating to the right of withdrawal.Upon receipt of payment for the order, Artland Origines sends a confirmation email summarizing the order (Items, price, quantity, etc.).


The customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of his order.

Payment terms

The price is payable when ordering.

Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through the secure system of Société Générale which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware of it during transport on the network.

The buyer's account will be debited when confirming the order for the amount of products or services sent.


Any product purchased on the site can only be delivered in the offer area.The product is delivered to the delivery postal address provided by the customer when placing the order.

The delivery time of a product, as indicated on the site when accepting the order, is a usual average time and corresponds to the time of preparation of the order, to which is added the time and delivery by the carrier, and does not take into account any customs clearance delays.This period assumes that the order has been placed from Monday to Friday before 10:00 a.m., Paris time, and this, excluding public holidays or non-working days.

Artland Origines cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery which are attributable either to the customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

The user benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects and conformity in accordance with the provisions of articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code and of articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code to obtain legal redress or the replacement of the good and if impossible, the resolution or the reduction of the price.

Article 11.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code
“The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
It also responds to any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility ”.

Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code
"To be in conformity with the contract, the good must:

- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

Article L 217-9 of the Consumer Code : "In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between repair and replacement of the good".

However, the seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if this choice entails a manifestly disproportionate cost compared to the other modality, taking into account the value of the good or the importance of the defect.He is then required to proceed, unless this is impossible, according to the method not chosen by the buyer ”. Article L217-11 of the Consumer Code: "The application of the provisions of Articles L. 217-9 and L. 217-10 takes place at no cost to the buyer". Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code: "The action resulting from the lack of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the goods".

Article 11.2 Legal guarantee against hidden defects

Article 1641 of the Civil Code
"The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lower price, if he had known them ”.

Article 1643 Civil Code
He is liable for hidden defects, even if he would not have known them, unless, in this case, he has stipulated that he will not be bound by any guarantee.
Article 1644 Civil Code
In the case of articles 1641 and 1643, the purchaser has the choice to return the thing and have the price returned, or to keep the thing and have part of the price returned.Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the civil code

"The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect".


The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
